Christ has risen from the dead! And because He lives, believers live also; we have joy!!!! In the resurrection, Jesus Christ conquered sin and death and is alive forevermore. We worship a risen, living Savior, who gives immortality to all who believe in Him.
Not only does the resurrection give us hope of immortality but it also provides life with a capital “L” here and now. “Jesus died and is living in us for all the things we face here and now. Thank God, the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, that in His great mercy we men have been born again into a life full of hope, through Christ’s rising again from the dead.”

Believers have joy because of the hope of life eternal and joy in the life on earth because Jesus is alive and working in our lives.
